Welcome to Charlotte Reynolds Professional Portfolio.

My art-educator identity combines both practices of my artist background and ongoing post-primary teaching practice. I graduated from the Dublin Institute of Technology as a Fine Artist in 2018 with a strong interest in exploring a variety of mediums throughout the four years and exhibiting a drawing and sculpture installation as part of my final degree show. Shortly afterwards I completed a Master of Fine Art Degree from the National College of Art and Design in 2020 focusing on drawing and sculpture. I’m in the process of completing my final year in the Professional Masters of Education (Art & Design) at the National College of Art and Design.

 

My practice explores a variety of mediums exploring the themes of identity. I use my role as an art educator to entice students to explore endless possibilities about current issues in today’s world and express their opinions on themes through visual means.
